Using AutoZer

Our role
AutoZer provides classified adverts and messaging. The vehicle sale is between buyer and seller. We do not own, inspect, value or guarantee advertised vehicles, verify seller identities, arrange finance or insurance, or process vehicle payments. Review and approval of an advert is not an endorsement.
Advertising responsibly
Advertise only vehicles you own or are authorised to sell. Describe condition, mileage, specification, price and known faults accurately. Use photographs you are entitled to publish. Dealers must identify themselves as dealers. Do not post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, abusive or unrelated content, or disclose other people’s personal information.
Advert review and duration
Adverts and edits are reviewed before publication. We may reject, remove or suspend content or accounts for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, misuse or breach of these terms. Contact support to ask for a review. The current advert duration is 60 days from approval unless sold or withdrawn earlier.
Fees and cancellation
The fee shown when you submit an advert applies to that advert. Free launch adverts do not create a future payment obligation. If payment is required, it is arranged manually and publication waits for confirmation and review. Before accepting a paid order, support must provide the applicable invoice, cancellation information and publication arrangements. Contact support promptly about refunds or cancellation. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Content permission
You retain ownership of your content and give the operator permission to host, resize and display it to provide and promote your advert within AutoZer. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable operational backups and records required by law.
Availability and disputes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that an advert will sell a car. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own checks and arrangements. Report concerns through the advert or contact support@autozer.co.uk. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
